So it says if I use some of these features I can get banned. Does it mean automatically or do I have to get reported by someone.

Means rockstar monitors these and lots of people get banned from simply dropping money or editing stats without getting reported or editing them to crazy amounts. Downgrade your game to 1.24 to safely use these functions.

Don't use clear reports in 1.28.
This will end in a bann (I don't know if it's already deactivated in nigger menu and just a old place holder).

I had to uninstall everything and reinstall and everything works like a charm.

be careful i just tried using it and rockstar came up with a pop up saying using these functions will get you banned on 1.28
